Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

All session bookings at Little Masters Studio require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date. Your session date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward the total session fee.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. We accept bank transfers and UPI payments. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change — confirmed pricing applies to booked sessions only.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change, especially with newborns and young children. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your session will be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cancellations forfeit the booking deposit. In the unlikely event that Little Masters Studio needs to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.

4. Session Conduct

The safety and comfort of your baby and family is our highest priority. Our team is trained in safe posing and handling techniques. We reserve the right to decline or modify any pose that we deem unsafe. Session duration may vary depending on feeding, settling, and the pace of the baby.

5. Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs created by Little Masters Studio remain the intellectual property of Little Masters Studio. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share your delivered images for personal use. You may not sell, commercially reproduce, or transfer the images to a third party without prior written consent.

By booking a session, you grant Little Masters Studio permission to use selected images for portfolio display, website, and social media marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before your session.

6. Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your package. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods. Rush delivery may be available on request at an additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Masters Studio will take every care during your session. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on our premises beyond what is covered by standard professional liability. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
